What 1 Midland Square tenants needed
The goal was to streamline public services within a unified, modern facility, while offering tailored environments to suit the operational and cultural needs of each agency. CAHS required a calming, ergonomic space suitable for both clinical and administrative staff. Landgate and the Department of Communities needed an agile, collaborative workplace that would support high foot traffic and cross-functional workflows.
How we acted on what we heard
Castledex collaborated with both design teams to deliver fully compliant FF&E packages that addressed user comfort, workflow efficiency and acoustic needs- while aligning with government procurement protocols. Across both tenancies, our team delivered over 1,000 furniture items spanning workstations, seating, storage, meeting spaces and specialty zones.
