The objective was to deliver two speculative fitouts on Level 11 and Level 16 that embodied the premium standards of this landmark property. Designed to appeal to a broad range of prospective tenants, these suites needed to showcase functionality, flexibility, and visual appeal, all while aligning with the building’s architectural prestige.
