Llvs 3 and 4 at 179 St Georges Terrace now feature vibrant A-grade show suites that bring fresh energy to a building known for its three facades of natural light. Transformed by Valmont WA, the space is a colourful and functional workplace destination

What 179 St Georges Terrace told us they wanted

The goal was to create show suites that stood out through bold interior choices, while remaining highly functional and efficient. The fitout needed to support up to 120 users, include versatile meeting and collaboration zones, and make smart use of available floor space. All while maintaining design integrity.

How we acted on what we heard

Castledex collaborated closely with Valmont and building owner Blackoak Capital to supply and deliver a tailored furniture package. This included white workstations, ergonomic task chairs, meeting room furniture and a range of custom collaborative tables developed in consultation with Valmont. These bespoke pieces were designed to maximise usable space and enhance the visual impact of the fitout without compromising flow or function.

Inspired results

The result is a sophisticated and highly functional workspace that delivers on tenant expectations. The newly completed levels have since attracted a variety of tenants, validating the success of the speculative fitout. Castledex’s furniture solutions have helped shape a workspace that is not only modern and collaborative, but also contributes to productivity and well-being, reinforcing the Atrium Building’s position as a premier commercial address.
