Castledex partnered with Hub Interiors to furnish a premium show suite at 220 St Georges Terrace, designed to promote collaboration, comfort, and a refined, functional workspace.

What Hub Interiors needed

Hub Interiors aimed to showcase what a modern, productive workspace could look like. They wanted the show suite to encourage interaction among co-workers through open-plan collaboration zones, bright and inviting colours, and furniture that supports both productivity and aesthetic appeal.

Key priorities included:

  • A vibrant central collaboration zone
  • Comfortable breakout and focused work areas
  • A colour palette and layout that maximised natural light and cohesion

How we acted on what we heard

Castledex was engaged to curate and supply a tailored FF&E package that aligned with the project’s functional and design goals.

We delivered:

  • Ergonomic workstations designed for everyday comfort and performance
  • Loose furniture and soft seating in bright textiles to encourage informal conversations
  • Thoughtfully coordinated pieces that enhanced the suite’s flow and light-filled atmosphere

By balancing form and function, we helped realise a space that not only looks polished but also works effortlessly for those using it.

The final show suite is a high-performing, people-focused space that blends comfort, style, and function, leaving a strong impression on visitors and future tenants.
