What Centuria told us they wanted
Centuria’s goal was to elevate the appeal of its available floorplates by delivering thoughtfully designed suites that were visually cohesive, fully functional and move-in ready. The FF&E brief called for solutions that would align with Geyer’s architectural intent, maximise space efficiency, and create a refined workplace atmosphere to attract a wide range of prospective tenants.
How we acted on what we heard
Castledex partnered closely with the Geyer and Valmont teams to deliver a coordinated FF&E package across all three suites. The scope included furniture for open-plan work areas, breakout spaces, meeting rooms and informal collaboration zones. Finishes were selected to complement Geyer’s design palette and maintain consistency between suites.
Each piece was chosen for its balance of ergonomic performance, visual appeal and commercial durability. Supporting Centuria’s goal of offering professional, future-ready workspaces. All workstations were installed with integrated power, data and cable management solutions, while breakout and visitor areas featured a mix of soft seating and modular tables designed for comfort and adaptability.
