The speculative fitout of Levels 3 and 4 at the Atrium Building was commissioned by Dragin, designed by IA Design and delivered by CDI Group. Castledex provided tailored furniture solutions to enhance the space’s modernity, flexibility and tenant appeal.

What the Atrium Building project told us they wanted

The objective was to create a flexible and collaborative workplace that would reflect the building’s premium status and appeal to tenants from various industries. The brief called for modern, adaptable furniture that supported productivity, creativity and comfort, creating an environment where form and function work seamlessly together.

How we acted on what we heard

Castledex worked closely with IA Design to interpret and support their vision. Our team curated and supplied a comprehensive suite of furniture solutions including ergonomic workstations, collaborative meeting tables, soft breakout seating and integrated storage systems. Each selection was designed to complement the architectural features of the space, including high ceilings, premium finishes and a refined, neutral palette.

Expert consultation was provided throughout product selection, space planning and installation to ensure seamless integration into the design and a smooth delivery process.

Inspired results

The result is a sophisticated and highly functional workspace that delivers on tenant expectations. The newly completed levels have since attracted a variety of tenants, validating the success of the speculative fitout. Castledex’s furniture solutions have helped shape a workspace that is not only modern and collaborative, but also contributes to productivity and well-being, reinforcing the Atrium Building’s position as a premier commercial address.
