Castledex was engaged by IA Design to provide furniture solutions for Levels 3 & 4 of the Atrium Building, located in the heart of Perth's central business district. The project was commissioned by the building owner, Dragin, and delivered by the builder, CDI Group. The fitout was a speculative project intended to attract new tenants to the building.

Our team worked closely with IA Design to understand their design brief, which included a focus on creating a modern, flexible, and collaborative workspace that reflected the building's premium status and attracted tenants from a range of industries.

To meet these requirements, Castledex provided a range of innovative furniture solutions that included flexible workstations, ergonomic chairs, and integrated storage solutions. We also provided meeting and breakout furniture that encouraged collaboration and creativity among employees.

The furniture solutions were carefully selected to complement the contemporary design of the space, which incorporated premium finishes, high ceilings, and a neutral colour palette. The overall design aimed to create an impressive and inviting workspace that would appeal to a range of tenants.
