Following a major consolidation of over 12 brands, BGC Housing Group relocated to new premises in Osborne Park, home to WA’s largest home showroom. The space reflects BGC’s renewed vision, brought to life with MKDC and in-house designers Studio Cult.

What BGC Housing Group told us they wanted

The goal was to create a relaxed, inspiring showroom that would reflect the journey of designing a new home. The space needed to feel warm, welcoming and residential, with a curated interior palette and furnishings that complemented MKDC’s thoughtful architectural elements, including sweeping curves in joinery, ceilings and stair rails.

 

How we acted on what we heard

Castledex was engaged to provide loose furniture solutions across the showroom in collaboration with Studio Cult and MKDC. Working with a brief anchored in blue tonal hues, our team supplied pieces from a diverse mix of brand partners to suit the different zones within the fitout.

Key inclusions ranged from Danish-designed chairs and custom booth seating to beautifully crafted Australian coffee tables. Each item was carefully selected to align with the aesthetic direction and offer comfort, functionality and a homely touch throughout the showroom.
