Castledex partnered with Lendlease and Gray Puksand to deliver a complete furniture and equipment solution for the new CIT Woden Campus, a purpose-built, multi-disciplinary learning environment designed to support student engagement, staff productivity and community connection.

What the Project Needed
Lendlease sought a delivery partner who could simplify the complex. With an accelerated construction schedule, a broad product scope and multiple stakeholders including Gray Puksand and the end users, Castledex was tasked with managing over 200 vendors and more than 500 line items across specialist teaching spaces, breakout zones, work areas and public facilities.
The brief demanded accuracy, speed and flexibility without compromising quality or design fidelity.
