A single-source, value-driven FF&E partner capable of delivering more than 15,000 items across multiple building types, including two student halls with 750 beds, 40 apartments, and 60 hotel rooms. The project required coordinated programming, large-volume procurement, storage, and seamless installation.

Castledex was appointed by Probuild to deliver a $2M+ turn-key FF&E solution. We managed every step from extensive sample reviews and logistics planning to just-in-time delivery, installation, and commissioning, while navigating complex supply chains during the pandemic.
We invested in over 1,200m² of additional local storage and engaged multiple teams to ensure timely delivery across the 57,400m² project.
Items supplied included:
- Beds and mattresses, dining tables and chairs, lounges, and task seating
- Room accessories such as lamps, caddies, safes, and whiteboards
- Outdoor furniture, shelving, rugs, and loose joinery including TV units and credenzas
