The Land Services WA project was a collaborative effort to create a contemporary workplace that maximised space utilisation while supporting flexibility, collaboration and future growth.

What Land Services WA told us they wanted

Land Services WA required a workplace that reflected the quality and professionalism of its interstate offices while making the most of its available footprint. The new environment needed to support a modern and agile workforce, providing a variety of spaces for focused work, collaboration and client engagement. Flexibility was a key priority, with the workplace needing to adapt to future business needs while delivering long-term value through efficient use of space.

How we acted on what we heard

Working closely with the project's interior designer, we helped create a workplace that balanced functionality, flexibility and design. As a key furniture partner, we supplied a range of solutions including Ascend height-adjustable workstations, JoJo height-adjustable desks, Room writable flip tables, Tend high back seating and Column Boards. These products supported employee wellbeing while providing adaptable spaces for focused work, collaboration and informal interaction.

We also provided custom CDX /made ottomans and a range of Australian-designed furniture solutions, carefully selected to complement the overall design aesthetic. By leveraging flexible furniture solutions throughout the workplace, we helped maximise the available footprint while reducing the need for additional construction and supporting future workplace adaptability.

Inspired Results

The completed workplace successfully balances operational requirements with a strong design aesthetic, providing employees with a variety of spaces to work, collaborate and connect. Through strategic space planning, adaptable furniture solutions and close collaboration with the design team, Land Services WA achieved a workplace that reflects the standard of its interstate offices while maximising the value of its available footprint.
The project demonstrates how thoughtful workplace planning, Australian-designed furniture and a consultative approach can create a flexible and future-ready environment that supports both business objectives and the employee experience.
