Australian-owned Liberty Flexible Workspaces engaged P.A.I.D Group to design and deliver two distinctively branded fitouts at 35 Outram Street and 197 SGT, creating dynamic, art-inspired environments with a focus on service and standout design.

What Liberty told us they wanted

Liberty set out to create vibrant, flexible workspaces with a clear visual identity and high functionality. The goal was to reflect their brand ethos of innovation and community, with each location offering a unique design experience across co-working areas, private offices, meeting rooms and breakout zones.

How we acted on what we heard

Castledex collaborated closely with P.A.I.D Group to bring the creative vision to life. Drawing inspiration from the custom artworks of AMOK ISLAND, we supported the execution of two unique environments with varied palettes, textures and forms. One highlight included custom booth seating upholstered in beautifully patterned fabrics to align with the bold visual language of each site.

Despite a tight lead time, Castledex’s dedicated installation team successfully delivered and installed an extensive range of furniture and fitout elements across a combined footprint of 1,435 square metres. This included workstations, lockers, tables, soft seating, planter walls, acoustic panels and integrated storage solutions.

Inspired results

The result is a seamless fusion of function and creativity. Each location showcases a distinctive personality while supporting productivity and collaboration. Castledex’s contribution helped transform Liberty’s vision into a tangible workplace experience that is bold, artistic and undeniably functional.
