What St John WA told us they wanted
St John WA needed a workspace that could serve a wide range of operational and public-facing functions. The interiors had to support clinical training, collaboration, and day-to-day administration, while being welcoming and highly adaptable for evolving community use.
How we acted on what we heard
Castledex was engaged to supply a tailored package of workstations and loose furniture across the building. Our solutions were designed to support the specific functions of each zone, from open-plan offices and executive spaces to meeting rooms, training facilities and informal collaboration areas.
Height-adjustable and fixed-height workstations were installed with integrated acoustic screening and power management. A variety of task and visitor seating options were selected for both practicality and comfort, while modular tables and soft seating helped enable reconfiguration in high-use areas like training rooms and breakouts. Storage solutions - including plantered tambour units and mobile pedestals. It helped define space and maintain order across shared zones.
