Steinepreis Paganin relocated to a purpose-designed office on Level 14 of Perth’s QV1 Building. More than a new address, the move marked a cultural shift toward collaboration, transparency and efficiency, guided by the firm’s core values.

What Steinepreis Paganin told us they wanted

The goal was to overcome the limitations of their former workspace by creating an open, modern environment that fostered teamwork without sacrificing privacy. The space needed to support a range of working styles, from focused solo tasks to dynamic collaboration, while reflecting the firm’s professional identity and aspirations.

How we acted on what we heard

Castledex worked closely with Creative Logic and builder Dawn Express to deliver a tailored FF&E package aligned with the project’s functional and visual goals. Our team supplied and installed over 350 individual pieces of furniture, each chosen for its ergonomic performance, design durability and ability to enhance the user experience.

From height-adjustable L-shaped desks and acoustic-focused seating arrangements to meeting tables and custom storage solutions, every detail supported a seamless, future-ready legal workplace. Warm woodgrain finishes and sophisticated upholstery added comfort and visual depth to a timeless corporate interior.

Inspired results

The completed space is a high-performing, human-focused office environment that encourages connection while supporting productivity and focus. Flexible layouts, acoustic awareness and refined finishes all come together to embody the firm's professional identity within the prestigious QV1 setting.
