What Unitywater told us they wanted

The brief called for an environment that prioritised wellness, supported hybrid work and reflected the brand’s community-first values. Flexibility, acoustic performance and strong visual continuity were all key goals. Matched with the need for ergonomic comfort and long-term functionality.

How we acted on what we heard

Castledex was proud to partner on this standout project, delivering a curated package of workstations, task seating, collaborative tables and soft furnishings across key workplace zones.

Height-adjustable workstations with acoustic screens supported the open-plan layout, while ergonomic seating was selected to balance comfort with visual cohesion. Collaborative zones were equipped with versatile, mobile tables and agile seating suited to dynamic meetings and project-based work. A palette of natural walnut, matte black and soft textiles helped reinforce the overall interior language.
The final outcome is a healthy, human-centred workplace that reinforces Unitywater’s brand, enhances team performance and communicates a strong design narrative. Castledex is proud to have supported a project that not only sets a new standard for Unitywater’s people—but also for workplace design in the broader region.
