Castledex was entrusted with furnishing the project for West Australian Treasury Corporation (WATC). WATC had been occupying their current premises for more than two decades, and after several partial upgrades over the years, it was time for a complete refurbishment in 2020.

As the apex body for state finances in Western Australia, WATC desired an office space that would exude their esteemed reputation, especially for clients and Government Officials visiting the premises. The focal point of the fitout is the elegant unmanned reception area, characterized by its subtle sophistication. Handmade terracotta breeze blocks were creatively used to create a dividing wall between the waiting area and meeting rooms.

The rest of the office follows a timeless and understated design, with a colour scheme inspired by Western Australia's native flora. This thoughtful touch adds a sense of connection to the region's natural beauty. Additionally, the entire office space is designed to be Activity-Based Working (ABW) ready, ensuring a smooth transition to this modern workstyle in the future.

Castledex provided a range of workpods and loose furniture.
