Castledex partners with a range of trusted local and international brands. For warranty information on products not manufactured under the Castledex brand, please refer to the original manufacturer’s website for their specific warranty terms and conditions.
Workstations
Warranty and guarantee periods commence from the date of install to site and are subject to fair wear and tear. Castledex warrants exclusively to the original purchaser that all products will be free from defects and structurally sound for a period of 10 years.
Seating / Ottomans / Office Storage
Warranty and guarantee periods commence from the date of purchase and are subject to fair wear and tear. Castledex warrants exclusively to the original purchaser that all products will be free from defects and structurally sound for a period of 5 years.
Monitor Arms / Electrical Components
- Monitor Arms: 5-year structural warranty, subject to correct installation and reconfiguration as instructed.
- Electrical Components: 2-year warranty, subject to correct installation and reconfiguration as instructed.
Exceptions
Any upholstery materials, including COM (Customer’s Own Material), fabrics, leather, vinyl, or other surface coatings, are covered under the individual supplier’s explicit warranty for that product.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage during onward freight or improper storage
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper use (e.g. sitting or standing on tables, rough handling)
- Incorrect installation or reconfiguration not performed according to Castledex instructions
- Colour variations in paint, wood, or fabric between batches or repeat orders
- Natural ageing or exposure to light (e.g. fading, leather scarring or wrinkling)
- Items relocated or reinstalled by anyone other than Castledex
Important: Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is the sole remedy for product defects. No other express or implied warranties are provided, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Castledex shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
Dimensions
All dimensions are approximate and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances. Castledex is not liable for misinterpretation or design issues arising from these dimensions.
Colour Variations
While every effort is made to ensure consistency, exact matches on painted finishes, wood tones, and fabric colours cannot be guaranteed, especially on repeat orders.
